What We Do
Machining
We use state of the art CNC Mills and Lathes to achieve the best possible quality and price for your products.
Construction Fasteners/Anchor Bolts
We carry thousands of anchor bolts and construction fasteners sold from our ecommerce site Anchor Bolt Express.
Grinding
Our plants include Blanchard grinding up to 60″ and centerless grinding for up to 2-1/2″ diameter bars.
Fabrication
Our fabrication department includes a laser for up to 1″ thick parts as well as Punch Presses and Shears.
Welding
MIG & TIG Welding as well as a robotic welder for high production parts.
Custom Bolts
We stock several sizes of cold headed blanks in various sizes made from alloy steel. We can make these into any head or body style and they can be made up to SAE grade 8 or metric 12.9. We turn about half of these round heads into hexes and the balance become sockets, low heads, or flange heads. Our standard turnaround for bolts that can be made from these blanks is under 1 week. We also stock a wide variety of these sizes heat treated to grade 8 so we will be able to offer 24 hour rush service at a reasonable price.
